Auto Upholstery Bay Area - Headliner Replacement - Cooks Upholstery & Classic Restoration

Headliners typically last 5 -10 years in most new vehicles, before they fall.

Headliners fall due to the deterioration of their foam rubber backing.  UV rays and the heat from the sun cause the breakdown of this backing. As a result, the material that you see will begin to sag and fall.

The foam rubber backing turns to dust and there is no longer a solid foundation to glue the material to. The only way to restore the headliner to it's original condition is to remove the headliner, clean off all the old materials including what is left of the foam backing.  We then clean and prep the area, install new headliner material and reinstall the recovered headliner.

We have dozens of colors to choose from to ensure the correct color match for your vehicles interior.
